Introduction

This guide is designed to introduce identify and consolidate community service opportunities.  It introduces Citizen Science and introduces new Community Scientists to the basics of contributing to large open educational research programs.  It introduces crowdsourcing of transcription projects and where to find information to become a Wikipedia editor.  It provides a brief overview o where to find training, organizations, and projects.  Have fun!
