Library Student Supervisors Guide: ILL

The Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) service allows current WPI students, faculty, and staff to request items from other libraries free of charge. ILLiad is the library system used to process interlibrary loan requests.

Users may contact Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery through the following means:

ILLs are located on the shelving unit behind the desk​

1. Ask for WPI ID ​

2. Have patron sign bottom of white slip to confirm pickup​

3. Put signed slip in black bin

Place all ILL returns in the marked bin inside Jill's office

All incoming ILL mail will be addressed to:​

WPI Gordon Library – ILL or Worcester Polytechnic Institute Library - ILL

Please give packages to Jill, Robin, or place on the workstation in Jill's office if they are unavailable.
