There is a quiet reflection space on the first floor of the library. The space is for WPI students, faculty, and staff to pray, meditate, or just sit quietly, overlooking the WPI campus. Find out more about the WPI Library reflection space.

Mindfulness at the Library

Mindful Wednesdays and Thursdays are in person and on Zoom!

Looking for a way to make your day less stressful and more mindful . . .. take some much-needed time for yourself and join us on Mindful Wednesdays or Mindful Thursdays!

The sessions are open to the WPI community, and no experience is necessary.

Mindfulness Wednesdays and Thursdays will be conducted virtually through Zoom, keeping with the same hours, 12:15pm on Wednesdays and 2:15pm on Thursdays. During this time the sessions will also be held in the Reflection Space in the Gordon Library on the first floor, if you would like to join in person. https://wpi.zoom.us/j/186050714 - Password required, please contact rbenoit@wpi.edu

If you have not attended these sessions before, please email Robin Benoit (rbenoit@wpi.edu) so she can provide a password to get into the sessions on Zoom. Each Friday an email will be sent out to the group called Mindfulness Tools To Go which will include information about meditations that happened during the week as well as mindful resources. If you have questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact Robin Benoit.
