Global Studies: Global Justice

This is a selected list of resources for starting research in Global Studies. While the emphasis of this guide is on Global Justice, the resources may be of use for many topics.



A global justice approach should stress fairness, political and economic equality for all in both opportunity and outcome, and accountability.  It can utilize international law, interdisciplinary subject matter, and international organizations to creatively find solutions for global injustice.  

The following is an assembled sample of library resources that students can use to gather information and examine substantive areas of international law and global justice topics such as human rights, environmental injustice, globalization, law, culture, indigenous rights, and international organizations.
