A patron reported the printer is out of paper but IT is closed, what do I do?
We keep a key in the emergency drawer next to the supervisor’s desk. If IT is closed, we will refill using our own printer paper.
How do I get a refund for a printing error?
Contact IT about getting a refund. If they are not open, tell students to send them an email or record their contact information for them.
What is the difference between IT and ATC, and where is the ATC?
The ATC will help with digitizing DVDs, rent out technology like cables and laptops, and various equipment needs. They are located in the basement of fuller. IT will help with wifi and printing.
