Reserve FAQs

At this time restrictions have been lifted on reserves. Physical reserve books can be checked out.

You can tell patrons to check with their professor to see if they requested it go on reserve. They may communicate with library staff to make it available. If the book is not on the shelf but it is supposed to be on reserve, you can look it up in ALMA or primo to see if the book is checked out. If it is checked out, it will say "not available".
All reserve books go out for 3 hours at a time and are in-library use only. Patrons can renew reserve books if other students are not asking for them. They will be severely fined if they take the reserve book out of the library.
In the Course Reserve List tab on this guide, every e-book available for a course is listed there. We also have physical items behind the desk, in order by course code.
